A 30% deposit secures your booking and confirms acceptance of these terms.
Catering is fix and supply: ingredients, preparation, serving staff and utensils are all provided.
The balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event.
Extra meals beyond the confirmed guest count are charged separately.
Minimum of 150 plates applies, in Harare and rural areas alike.
Transport charges are calculated from the event location and confirmed in the quotation.
